Thursday, April 6th, Earl Flack, President of McKay NAPA Auto Parts, was awarded 2023 Entrepreneur of the Year, by The Kaskaskia College Foundation Teachers and Coaches Entrepreneurship Program (TCEP). The McKay Auto Parts ownership team, co-workers, customers, NAPA Auto Parts partners, and many friends and family joined Earl in a lovely dinner hosted by Kaskaskia College at Bretz Wildlife Winery, Carlyle. In attendance also were students from Kaskaskia Business Department and Kaskaskia College Automotive Technology Club , who were able to hear about how anyone can become the president of a company if you step forward when everyone else steps back.
